Details
Currently when selecting a download destination folder in the Mac Install
Wizard's SetupType window, one cannot create a folder from the selection dialog.
The user shoudl be able to create and subsequently select a new folder.

A folder can now be created on the fly in through the folder selection dialog
and subsequently selected.
