Class assignments for page elements are not working. If you look at the above URL, the first link to training track contains a table cell assigned the class 'ltgrey'. The text within the cell is not adopting this class.

Assuming the testcase is a simplification of the "bug", the problem is the
quotes around the "#eeeeee". These are invalid, and the declaration should be
ignored, as seems to be happening.
Resolving this bug as invalid, and changing component to style system. If you
reopen, please reassign to default owner of component.
