image library names must be 8.3 on Win9x -- see bug 10355 nsjpg3250.dll, nsgif3250.dll, nspng3250.dll The good news is that this isn't going to take much thought since the release team is discouraging both the "32" and "50" parts -- just strip those and you're fine.

Verified in 9.1.99 Win32 build that the three file names in question have lost the "3250" appendage and are thus usable for all CP/M derived OS's. ;)
