Details

Installed Windows XP- English (Final Candiate) and Japanese IME from Control Panel/Text Input. Japanese IME is not usable. Composer has the same problem. IE has no problem.
teruko: can you verify this? It's maybe on my machine only.

Roy, I tested Japanese IME on Composer and test area of Browser with WinXP US (2600) build. I did not have any problems.
It could be only in my machine. Marking as Invalid. Thanks Teruko :)
