Details
Build ID: 1999072815
Platform: All platforms
To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Click on one of the three menus at the bottom of the window (Mozilla,
Shopping, Open Windows)
- Scroll down by clicking beneath the thumb
Result: The menu drops back correctly, the window scrolls down correctly, but
the visual state of the button you just pressed does not return to its
'unpressed' state.
Expected result: The menu drops back, the page scrolls down, and the button
looks as it did when the app was first launched.

Added dogfood label in title, and PDT approval. This was done after seeing it
prioritiezed by an engineer in a status report. If there was sume
misunderstanding, please send email to PDT alias.

Removing PDT annotation that I appear to have added :-/. If this is not even
dogfood, it would be nice to remove the word from the summary... but the PDT
team will probably simply register this as a PDT- when reviewed at 5:00
tomorrow.

Neither the Mozilla nor Open Windows popups come up for me. Do you have another
test case?

Guess no one has another test case. Moving to M15 for further triage.

This is either fixed or a dup of 25258, loss of focus does not cause repaint
I'll be safe and mark it a dup of 25258
