Details
On "dialog" boxes it displays a close button on the upper right corner which
does basically nothing. Can it be assigned as the Cancel command or be removed
from the window that pops up?

Yes we need to remove that button.

I think its better to assign it to the cancel button.

Right, but in order to be able to do that correctly, the HTML dialogs code must
be made to have a "default" action for hitting the close button. Most dialogs
will have a "cancel" button, but not all, and it would make it hard to guess
which form submit button on the page was the one the author of the HTML dialog
desired without explicit instructions.
Nisheeth, did any HTML dialog improvements happen, or should I proceed and
remove the close button?
