This was a programmers note; the implementation is there and there are other
bugs covering the edge case issues in the implementation. So I'm getting rid of
this bug note to myself.

this bug is M6, we need to decide weather we are going to do anything
with it in the near future, or future the bug.

Buster, the url involves overflow:auto on a <p>. Back to you.

Is p considered a block-level or replaced element? If it is then its a CSS2
standards complience issue and should be fixed otherwise, invalid.

this bug is invalid. overflow doesn't have any meaning on boxes that do not
have specified width and height. IE 5.5 on WinNT interprets the spec the same
way. I'll attach a test case to show what I mean, derived from the test case
mentioned in the bug description.

Netscape's standard compliance QA team reorganised itself once again, so taking
remaining non-tables style bugs. Sorry about the spam. I tried to get this done
directly at the database level, but apparently that is "not easy because of the
shadow db", "plus it screws up the audit trail", so no can do...
