The Description area in bug viewing form is inside a <pre> tag. It might be a good idea to make it wrapped.

But that tends to lose information. Sometimes important information can be
found in the linebreaks. I also believe that we tend to wrap things when you
type them, so that long lines won't get into the database. But I don't remember
for sure, so I'm testing it with this paragraph...

Not everything is nice text paragraphs! For example, sometimes:
- People list items out separately (like this!)
- or they do ASCII artwork
- or other things.
Converting back and forth is a hard problem. Right now, Bugzilla just says
"everything is plaintext, stored pre-wrapped in the database". A fine,
consistant model. Other consistant models are possible, but they are
different, and converting between them is not trivial.
