Details

On this page, when you initially load the document, the scrollbar will not appear properly unless you resize the window. If you reload the document after the resize, the same problem occurs. By "not appear properly" I mean that the scroll down button part of the scroll bar ("v") doesn't appear, and the area is painted either gray or white. I see this on release build 10/15/98/7:00pm
Adding troy to cc list because I think he might have fixed this. troy wrote (to checkins group): " I fixed a couple of bugs I introduced with my recent view changes. - when the window that was scrolled vertically was resized sometimes not all of the window was repainted - widgets like scrollbars that we never receive a NS_PAINT event for weren't having their dirty region cleared. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary calls to repeatedly invalidate the widget" Does this fix this bug?
