Linux, mwm. New browser or mail window loads in existing window.
adding esther and hangas to the cc list, they are seeing it to. accorind to esther, this is a new "feature" in the Aug 5 build.
If bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11353 gets marked a duplicate of this one, we need to upgrade the severity of this bug. Testing of address book is almost impossible with this bug. See comments in bug 11353. Thanks.
damn is looking at this bug right now. He understands what is causing it and will hopefully have a fix soon.
