Details
For large, flat content models (E.g., mailnews) we could gain significant
speedup by only building the content that is immediately required for display.

Sorry. This is not going happen before beta. I am going to stop perpetuating the
lie.

[RFE] is deprecated in favor of severity: enhancement. They have the same meaning.
