If you set 'warn me before accepting a cookie' you indeed get a messagebox
displaying that a cookie is going to be set, but there is no extra information
to help the user decide whether to accept or deny the cookie. Therefore, the
'accept cookie?' messagebox is now useless.
Being able to view the actual cookie would be a Good Thing.
