[PP]Notepad error at completion of install

Details
After the installation has completed and shortcut displayed, a Notepad error
window is displayed with the message 'Cannot find c:\temp\n.txt. Do you want to
create a new file?' Answering yes or no will open notepad to an empty file-
n.txt. Seamonkey still launches.
If c:\temp\n.txt exists from a previous install, the empty file is opened on the
desktop under the shortcut icon.

Tt was there for testing purposes. It has been removed now.
