(Whiteboard: [HELP WANTED])

If you are in a directory listing, such as c:\, and you mouse over a sub-directory, such as WINDOWS, an ugly reflow happens. Seems to happen in other instances, but this is the easiest way to reproduce. To reproduce (on windows): 1. Type "c:\" into URL bar and press enter 2. Mouse over files until you get to a directory listing. Results: A reflow happens after you mouse over a directory. Using 8/26 M10 builds, all platforms.
