Details
The resource map of the 'Netscape Resources' is bad. There are too many resources
in one file. (See Inside Macintos Resource Maganger/Resource File Format.)
Start Netscape ==> go into MacsBug ==> run "hd rs" or "hd 'cicn'" commands.
After the "FSOpenResFile" (which opens the 'Netscape Resources') the resource map
will be bad.
Error:
Try to locate the resource handle of a 'cicn' resource with GetCIcon function ==>
this function or after this function will be crashed the 'Netscape'.

This is a bug against the 4.x Netscape product, not against mozilla.org
Seamonkey 5.0.
This is a known issue -- known for over two years -- and it's not critical.
