When an animated GIF is cycling, the caret inside a textfield will flash too
quickly. See the testcase.

Looks like a dupe of 54153. I really wish somebody would fix these animated gif
bugs. This one is annoying, but the performance degradation ones are show
stoppers. I go to IE in those cases.
