Clicking on "customize..." button doesn't bring up the customization window.
In fact, it doen't seem to do anything. bld: 1999-09-07-13-M11

Ugliness on all platforms. Linux brings up all black, all the time.

Is this only on Windows? This may be related to norris' url filtering. He
checked in a fix today. I will repull and test it.
