When right clicking on a browser tab, there should be an option "Open as new window". Expected behavior: ================== A new window should be created, displaying the contents of the tab. The page should not be reloaded. The tab should then be closed.

> The page should not be reloaded. This is utterly impossible in the current architecture.
Can you make this bug depend on 40867?
Depends on: 40867
No longer depends on: 40867
Hmm. That would _sort_ of fix it. It would still be reloaded, just from cache. Any dynamic DOM changes that happened would be lost, though....
Confirming, another nice-to-have enhancement. It shouldn't be much different to do rendering in new window instead of view-source which is the main reason for fixing the 40867.
