Details

font-variant small-caps doesn't work for accented letters: <span style="font-variant: small-caps;">&aacute;</span> doesn't transform the &aacute to uppercase.
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

I have fix this before M3. It looks ok in my private build today. Mark it fixed. QA, please verify. Thanks.

Fixed in April 5th build.
Target Milestone: M6 → M4
Bookkeeping: Since this got fixed in time for M4, I moved the target fix from M6 to M4.
