The first time you delete a pop message, the trash folder always gets reparsed.
I imagine this has to do with the fact that a copy is taking place. I was
talking to David earlier today and it sounds like we may not be setting the db
as valid.
From the UI, can we verify this by deleting a message and then selecting the
trash folder to see if a .msf file gets rebuilt?

You should see the trash getting reparsed when you delete a message without
having to click on trash.

This is fixed along with the code I checked in for forward messages
implementation.
Using 19991026 builds on win98, mac and linux this is fixed. When I checked
this bug before the fix, I saw the something in the status bar about contacting
the server when I deleted a message. Now see the same status as with 4.7 when I
delete a message to Trash for the first time: Loading Document, Moving to Trash,
Document Done, then Loading Document (this is for the Inbox view of the next
message) then Document done. I will verify this, but if this test case is not
quite right, and you still see the problem, please reopen and give me steps with
expected results.
