Details

Mozilla is stubborn about going into and FTP or gopher site, sometimes it does it sometimes it doesn't. And when it does, it doesn't seem to list all the files and directories.
I am seeing the same problem. Looking at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub does not show all the files in that short directory. I wonder if it is related to Bug 14560 and Bug 13592 (they appear to be dupes of each other with different problem). Previously there was bug 7857 that was marked fixed invalid, but this is a little different dropping even a short list of files/directories.

This is due to a tree widget bug (waterson? hyatt?). I haven't seen this for awhile. Is this still an issue? Also, mozilla doesn't support the gopher protocol. Were you entering "gopher:" urls and seeing output?
Gopher? We don't do gopher.

Verified this is a duplicate of bug 16074. The descriptions are almost exactly the same even part refering to not doing gopher
