The table width on this page is 8000 (which is the width it asks for in the TABLE tag) but in IE and Nav4 that width is shrunk to fit the viewport space somehow. Weird. Typical Netcenter HTML hackery...

I don't see the problem. The page grows and shrinks to fit the page, just as in Nav. Please clarify.
Notice the horizontal scrollbar at the foot of the page -- it's wide enough for 8000 pixels.
