Yes, the xul is written to draw this line but trees do now support this type of border yet.

JF, as I mentioned earlier the blue line is being drawn by the xul/css but it does not work on trees (bug 14013).

Also, the To: field overlaps the drop down list to the left of it.

Mass moving to M16 to get these off the M15 radar. Please let me know if this is really an M15 stopper.
