Details
when one has a radio button in a form, the outer part of the circle (the rest of
the square), is white. This should be transparent, as it looks very
non-professional on a non-white background.
The image library doesn't render widgets. I find out
who should get this one.

The above URL has a nice demonstration of what radio buttons should look like.
the question of the day is: in linux, do we keep with the tradition of
gray square boxes with diamond (rhombus) shaped radio buttons, or do we
adhere to the standard and use the circular radio buttons with transparent
backgrounds?
I plan to fix the transparency problem with native widgets. Most of the code is
in. I had some problems converting from gdk rgb values to gfx values and so i
ran out of time for m5.

As Pam noted, not an ImageLib problem; re-QA assigning to cpratt. Rubber stamping
as verified based on a quick run-through of the bug and the duplicate.
If anyone believes that this is not in fact a duplicate, please re-open with your
comments; thank you.
