Using 19990916 build on win98, 19990915 on Mac (still need to check linux) when
resolution is set to 800x600 the 3-pane window comes up too large, with the
bottom hidden behind the Start toolbar and Window Office bar on right side of
screen. I have a 21" Monitor set at 1025x768
1. Change you system's monitor to 800x600 resolution
2. Launch Messenger
Result: 3-pane window is too big, bottom of window hidden under Start toolbar
for windows
Expected: 3-pane window to come up to be completely visible without resizing.

moved back to 640x480
Using 19990928 builds on mac and windows setting resolution to 800x600 fits the
screen correctly. Verified
