Details

Jump to the above URL and you'll notice that the left+top frames is not rendering. I'm using seamonkey 11/17 build on Windows 98. Hey I can't file bugs agains CHris Karnaze, not a valid user name.
This works on 11/23 NT build. I need to locate a win98 machine and try it.

I'm marking this fixed cause the problem disappeared and must have gotten fixed over the weekend. I will also mark it VERIFIED.
