We need to either:
1) Remove the menu item from optimized builds
2) Make it work from optimized builds
I think option #2 is preferable. Note this probably affects the xpviewer.exe,
too (cc'ing those guys)

Terrific news from Bill <law@netscape.com> -- cutting and pasting from email --:
"I fixed this in the xpviewer. I imagine the viewer needs the same
tweak. The code that looks for the "Top 100" menu choice selection was
#ifdef'd out in non-debug builds. I added a case outside the debug menu
routine to look for this one item, but I also had to expose the
declaration/definition of the function that implements it.
I'll take a look at the viewer code when I get a chance, if no one else
does.

Look, the viewer is a test app.
It's not a good use of time to have an engineer fix this when it
will be going away soon.
