Details
XPISTUB should no longer call AutoReg but point to the pre-generated
component registry file.

Changes to xpistub checked in. Latest debug xpiengine.jar has these changes for
QA to verify with. In order to use the debug jar alter the config.ini key in the
XPInstall Engine component section:
from URL0=http://dolfin/nsinstall/mac/xpiengine/
to URL0=http://dolfin/nsinstall/mac/xpiengine/debug/
