This used to work (I think - there's docs on the website explaining how to access it) but it's broken again. See bug 211375. I can see it physically on tegu's hard drive, but the cvs configuration is apparently broken.
OK, I found evidence that this was indeed working at one point (between February and July of 2002) so resolving this as fixed. It is indeed broken right now, but the regression of it breaking is bug 211375.
