Details

The usebrowserinfo parameter (whether or not browser detection is used to prefill OS/Platform fields of a new bug) should be configurable on the product level. This is natural, since many products are platform independent while some are heavily pf/os specific. Bugzilla should be flexible enough to support this. I believe product-wise configuration is enough - and that would also be easy to implement compared to a component-level setting.
