Details

Using seamonkey build from 11/19 on Win 98 box. Launch xpviewer. Notice when it first comes up you can't see the status bar at the bottom. You have to resize the window.

I was unclear about what Product to file these seamonkey UI bugs for xpviewer. Now I was informed by glynn and leger to move them under NGLayout. Bulk moving bugs to NGLayout

I fixed this, and I think maybe Rick Potts did, too.
