Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

The web site no longer displays this behavior, but I don't know if it's because the web site was revised and no longer displays anything that looks like a "Welcome" box. Was a more permanent test case archived?

Lesson learned - I did not archive a permanent test case. Will mark this as INVALID at this point in time to close it out.
