xpviewer.exe on NT 4.0, Nov 20 build when you invoke xpviwer.exe, the window that appears is too small, or the contents of the window are too big. about 1/2 of the right scroll bar is off screen, and all of the status bar at the bottom is off screen. workaround: if you resize by as little as 1 pixel, the bars correctly draw.

i hope this doesn't ruin anybody's day, but things seem correct right now. so i'm changing this to works for me and i'll verify it.
