win95 go to test url. start top100 or other cycle. many frames don't render correctly. main frame never loads a test page.
Since Chris is on a beach (I'm envious :-), and Eric is the new frames guy, I'm adding Eric to the cc: list. Eric, can you let us know what's up with this one? Thanks -
