Details
To reproduce this, write a VERY simple HTML file - I used this:
<html><head></head><body><p>Hello, world.</p></body></html>
Open the page in viewer.exe. Try selecting the entire sentence with the mouse -
you can't. If you select from the right, you can select all of it EXCEPT for the
"H". If you select from the left, you can't select the "H" either (but you do get
a blue insertion caret...)

VERIFIED fixed for Win95 build as of Mar24
Per a request from Selection and Search component eng (mjudge) and qa (elig),
moving all "Selection and Search" bugs to new "Selection" component. Original
"Selection and Search" component will be retired.
