I just installed seamonkey on Win 98(11/23 build) and the viewer and viewer console come up fine, but there is a 3rd window that pops up which has "File", Edit, Tools, Related Links as pull-down menu and an empty content window. When I dismiss the window. it pops up later in my session as I'm surfing other sites.

So apparently our useragent is identifying us as the fabled 'Win32s' platform, a value that we've never sent before and we're confusing the poor Netcenter javascript. That blank window you're seeing is the Netscape Popup window. Of course, it wouldn't be so bad if the Netcenter javascript had a few less bugs. Like, for example, I would think the javascript variable which holds the alternate page location to go to if the useragent checks fails would work *far* better if it was, in fact, defined somewhere.
