If you visit the link, you'll see that box elements with explicitly stated height properties are collapsing around their content instead of maintaining the proper height. This problem occurs in the 11-23-98 optimized build at ftp.mozilla.org. It does not occur in the 11-20-98 build which I downloaded from the same location.

height is working again, though the page now has other problems. (SIGH). However, bug #1103 is open to handle the other bugs...
