Details
using 11/23 seamonkey build on Win 98.
launch the viewer for the first time.
That forward button should be dimmed cause at this point
you haven't jumped to any new sites.
Look at 4.X, 3.X behavior.
same for Back button, when you go backwards to the end of the history list,
it doesn't dim itself like it should.
see 4.x, 3.x behavior.

Resolution: --- → WONTFIX
This is another irrelevant UI bug in viewer. The viewer app is only a test app,
and will never ship. Please don't write any more UI bugs against it, unless they
occur within the HTML content area of the page.
