Using the 11.23.98a builds of Viewer & XPViewer on Win98 and NT 4, two layout
problems occur on the http://www.nasa.gov web site root page:
#1: The navigation bar below "Other Cool NASA Websites" is not being broken
after reaching the right-border of the window, but is stretching out the window
size, requiring the web page viewer to scroll to the right in order to see the
text. (The table does appear to have a fixed size, although I only did a quick
check.)
#2: The credits at the bottom of the page are not right-aligned, per the <P
ALIGN=RIGHT> tag, but are centered, along with the rest of the text in the
table. (Haven't read the spec, don't know which layout tags take precedence...)

[Just as a helpful FYI, this hasn't self-corrected itself from other fixes as of
the 11.24.98 xpviewer build.]

Using 1.12.98 builds for Win NT and Mac OS (page wouldn't view at all on Linux)
- Verified that item #1 is a duplicate of 1585 (and fixed.)
- Verified that item #2 is fixed.
