Using xpviewer on NT only (not WIN95)this page looks like it went through a
paper shredder and was then put back together poorly.
Also the left frame has a large vertical scroll bar when it should really be a
small horizontal scroll bar.
I fixed the html style sheet code to make the webshell lookup hack more
particular about what it wraps a scrollframe around. Checkin @ 8:45am on 11/25
looks fine on Win 98, Claudius, please try it on Win NT and mark it VERIFIED.

Technically bug is fixed but I am reopening it for a few reasons:
Raptor is making extra work for itself by creating too much space between
lines. This manifests itself by creating extra whitespace and by making pages
longer in general. Nothing looks wrong but if you compare it to Nova it's fairly
obvious on this page. The main clue is the extra random white space above the
small print on the bottom of the page. You can also tell by looking at the left
frame. The spaces between each heading are larger than they should be.
This behavior results in scroll bars on the left frame when they aren't at all
necessary. These behaviors are most demonstrable when in maximized view.
To be fair 4.5 doesn't handle this page quite right either - there is no need
for a horizontal scroll for the left frame in maximized view. It actually
sometimes goes away when you shrink the window a little.
These scrollbar issues occur on both Win95 and WinNT. There is a separate,
related bug for just Win95 that I will file shortly and note here.
I didn't close this one(and file a new one)because I figured kipp would know
best how to proceed from here.
*related bug is Bug #1667
*elvaluate worthiness of ss: in summary field
Priority: P1 → P2
Resolution: FIXED → ---
Summary: ss:page looks like it went through a paper shredder → page looks like it went through a paper shredder
Now that it's been verified, I've stripped off the ss: status and lowered the
priority down. Note that the scrollbar part of this is due to framesets so I'm
going to assign this to chris for now; chris, you can reassign it back to me
after that issue is resolved.

I am going to mark this bug FIXED and VERIFIED as it should have been a while back. The remaining frameset sizing issue is
being tracked in bug 1667. THIS bug checks out okay with Mar09 builds of Apprunner.
