XPViewer.exe fails to display the default selection on an in-page drop box for NT4 and Win95. For a drop down menu, the default choice (usually the first choice) is displayed in the text field. This is the Communicator 4.x behavior. XPViewer fails to display this first choice. Go to http://planetquake.com. On the right-hand-side of the page there is a header that reads "Visit a Hosted Site:" below that is a drop down menu box. In the text field it should display "Select One", the first choice on the list, but it doesn't. After the first time you click the drop arrow the problem is alleviated but it's never there when the page is first loaded. *please assign to proper module owner

installing myself as QA Contact for sevaral bugs at once

I changed the url to reflect a valid testcase. This seems to be now working on WinNT/98 although just a couple days ago it wasn't on NT. I've changed the platform/os field to reflect the current status. On the Feb.1(99032) build of MacMonkey this bug is still valid. It not actually reproducible because form fields aren't working properly in a different way. So I guess we'll just wait and see with this one. I'll also keep a look out on NT because I'm not sure if this really was a 'miracle fix'

Setting all current Open Critical and Major to M3

As of Mar09 builds of apprunner this bug checks out ok on Mac, and WinNT/98 (the reported platforms). I am going to mark it FIXED and then VERIFIED. Fixing typo in URL for posterity.
