1. Build: 11/23a - using release build, Viewer.exe 2. Platforms: Win 95, Win NT 3. Steps to reproduce: Open the above URL. There are 2 tables on the right side of the page - 'Today in Music' and 'Today in Video'. 4. Expected results: Tables should be contained within boxes. 5. Actual results: Table outline is cut off.

fixed 2 problems: nested table width was not being computed correctly cellspacing was not being factored in correctly

there was a slight regression. Should be fine now.
Using the 12/8 build on Win 95, bug is still there.
