The Summary pretty much says it all. <CTRL><O> does not work, However other key
presses do: Like <CTRL><L> which apparently calls BrowserOpenFileWindow()
onkeypress. However <CTRL><O> has no oncommand.
Also, clicking on File... Open Web Location then entering a web site. (such as
www.yahoo.com or http://www.yahoo.com/)

I'm not getting a crash here anymore but ctrl does not seem to be working.
Ctrl-L successfully brings up a file open dialog on Windows but Ctrl-O,
nothing. Tossing to menu-boy.

affects all platforms --tested with today's build on Mac and linux
(1999121508) and windows (1999121509). updated summary, platform and OS fields.
i bumped up the prio to 2, mainly since i feel this is such a commonly used
shortcut. imho. ;-)

I'm guessing that this is actually a typo in the xul in navigatorOverlay.xul
("Browser:OpenUrl" doesn't exist but "Browser:Open" does exist). Reassign over
to the xpapps team since this probably isn't a menu infrastructure issue.
Resolving as duplicate of the "master" keyboard shortcuts bug so we can track
all this breakage in one place.
