If you visit this URL, on the left-hand side of the page, in the blue bar, there is an AdTools image displayed. However, there *should* be another add for World1000.com underneath it - you can see that ad in Nav 4.5 and IE 4.0. If you look carefully, you will see "-->" displayed instead. The source code is too gnarly for me to understand, so I'm leaving this bug at this. There's a lot of JavaScript in there. The section of the code which contains this mess is by Websidestory, some developer I'm not familiar with.
