On Win95 (okay I didn't check Win98) and not WinNT using XPViewer Go to majorleaguebaseball.com the left hand side has a frame and an unnecessary vertical scrollbar (see bug #1608. No matter what size/shape the window you can't scroll all the way down to see the very bottom of the frame. You can however, see just enough to know you can't see it all

This is a frameset sizing bug...the frame cell is always just a little bit the wrong size.

This looks fixed on my 4/12 optimized WinNT Viewer. Please verify on Win98.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
marking VERIFIED since it checks out on WinNT Win95 and Win98 builds circa 4/13 and 4/14. I'd say this is more of a fix than WFM but whatever.
