Need more info. Need to know MIME type. How often will this happen to folks. gerardok, can you reproduce?

I am unable to reproduce this on WinNT. Form submission seems fine.

Both submit buttons WORKSFORME on WinNT Build 1999120108 (nightly build). However on Build 1999111520 (M11) I get the reported server error about MIME types. I'm marking WORKSFORME, despite my urge to mark it fixed. I'd mark it fixed, but I didn't fix it, someone else did, and if it was inadverdant who knows?

It can be reproduced on M11, but it appears to be fixed now. Verified on 12-01-09-M12 build.
