When browsing a site that has a form - drop boxes, descriptions, radio buttons
etc, if an icq window is present on screen and I scroll down or up with my
browser, the viewing of the form components is lost. This is annoying because I
have to minimize the browser and minimize icq then restore the browser window
for the form components to reappear.

Resolving as INVALID per e-mail from bug reporter; the bug reporter saw this
within a Netscape product, not a Mozilla product. Assuming bug reporter was
erroneously redirected here by general-feedback people.
