Details

Start up seamonkey (e.g. devprev.zip of 11/28) on win98 (or probably win95) with no network connected. The app spins and doesn't load anything, and hitting stop doesn't actually make it stop. This makes it look like it's hung, where probably it's just waiting for a timeout.
