DESCRIPTION:  If you load a page with a textarea that's wider than the page, you
can't scroll horizontally quite enough to see the right edge of the textarea.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 * load attached test case in a small window
 * scroll all the way to the right

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 * can't see a right border

EXPECTED RESULTS:
 * should see a right border

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux, apprunner, 1999-10-20-11-M11
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-10-19-11-M11
 * Linux, viewer, 1999-10-17-11-M11

Tried putting TEXTAREA in a FORM; made no difference.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
I tested this on NT and Linux, and I can see it on both, you need to look real
close. Because it is so close to the frame border it looks like it is not there.

One thing that helps is changing the bg color of the page to somthing other than
white.
Also, you can set the border color to red.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
