11/30 build on NT/win98. Go to CNBC and you'll see that many elements in the page overlap.

With a current build there is nothing wrong with the page.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Verified layout is identical to Comm 4.5 on 1.28.99 Win32 & Linux build. (Page times out on Mac OS build.)
